book review

‘Tread Softly’ – Beatrice Stubbs #3 by JJ Marsh

‘Witch King’ by Martha Wells

‘Don’t Hang Up’ by Benjamin Stevenson – three hours of surprise-filled tension

‘Depth Of Winter’ – Walt Longmire #14 – a deeply disappointing book.

‘I Have Some Questions For You’ by Rebecca Makkai – highly recommended – but not as a genre read.

‘The Lost Girl’ by Sangu Mandanna – an engaging and immersive piece of Speculative Fiction.

‘Fortune’s Ashes’ – Firebrand #7 by Helen Hunter – a satisfying conclusion to an entertaining series.

‘Titanium Noir’ by Nick Harkaway – highly recommended

‘Of Sorrow And Such’ by Angela Slatter – a very powerful novella – highly recommended
