The BBC today reported that a weasel had shut down the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. The Collider uses miles of tunnel to accelerate particles and then smash them together and watch what happens.
The BBC seemed relieved to report that the weasel,
“did not get into the tunnels, just the electrical facilities.”
The weasel was found dead at the scene.
The BBC left unanswered the question that must be on everyone’s mind tonight…
